- The return request must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be provided (order number or receipt).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Products missing original packaging, accessories, or components.
- Products for which the return request is initiated after the 14-day return period.

- Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as an incorrect or defective item).
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- ElectroCity Bikes is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

ElectroCity Bikes does not offer direct exchanges.
